职位描述
资深前端工程师，负责 Calendar、Mail 产品线的前端架构设计与开发。你将与跨时区团队（中国、美国）紧密协作，参与大规模 Web 客户端的架构升级、组件库迁移以及性能优化等关键项目。
工作职责
•
负责 Calendar/Mail 前端核心模块的设计、开发与维护
•
参与前端架构升级与重构，提升系统的可扩展性、可维护性与性能
•
推动组件库迁移与统一（如跨团队共享组件库建设），减少多端复杂度
•
协同后端、产品、设计团队完成从需求到上线的全流程开发
•
排查并解决生产环境中的疑难问题（如性能瓶颈、兼容性问题等），保障产品质量与 SLA 达标
•
参与代码评审，推动团队工程规范与最佳实践落地
•
与跨地区（中国、美国）团队保持高效协作与沟通
任职要求
•
精通 TypeScript，熟悉 React 或者 Vue ，具备组件库/SDK 设计经验
•
深入理解浏览器渲染原理、Web 性能优化（如首屏加载、缓存策略等）
•
具备大型前端项目架构设计经验，熟悉模块化、IoC/依赖注入等设计模式
•
熟悉前端工程化体系（CI/CD、自动化测试、灰度发布等）
•
具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能适应跨时区远程协作

•
有 WebView / Hybrid App（iOS/macOS、Electron 等）开发经验
•
有日历、邮件、协同编辑类产品开发经验
•
熟悉 AI Coding 相关工具与工作流，有使用 AI 辅助编程工具提升研发效率的实践经验
•
英语沟通流利，能够无障碍参与国际团队会议
